For 2025-27 town officers will remain as in 2023-25: Clerk Stefanie Schlapa; Treasurer Greg Hakala; Supervisors Scott Provost and Doug Steltenpohl; Chair Sharon Schwab. Please join us for the Annual Meeting of the Electors on April 15th beginning at 7:00PM. There will be reports from town committees and officers, emergency services, and much more.
The strong winds and ice accumulation resulted in some trees and branches falling onto town roads. Public Works (PW) employees Jerry Reinwand and Jim Yetter were out taking care of these. In addition, PW employees Randy Krey and Garry Saeger were out along the town road rights-of way trimming trees, especially pines, Be advised that beginning mid-April no one should be cutting oak trees to avoid spreading oak wilt disease.
Weather is supposed to warm this weekend, but we might get more snow next week. It’s a roller coaster spring! Sharon
