Notice: Public Hearing: Town of Grant Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Grant Town Board on: Wednesday October 21, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. Town of Grant Town Hall, 9011 County Road WW, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 Comprehensive Plan update The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comments regarding the proposed amendment to the Town of Grant Comprehensive Plan, per Wis. Stat. 66.1001(4)(d). The proposed amendment updates Table 9.1 Town of Grant Zoning/Land Use Plan Compatibility Table to add a new floating zoning district Industrial 2 Data Center. This will be used in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance to regulate future development in the Town of Grant. Information regarding the proposed comprehensive plan amendment is available for viewing at the Town Hall, 9011 County Road WW, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494. Additionally, draft plan documents are also available for download at the Town’s website: Table 9.1 Proposed Changes All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Written comments can be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting and shall become part of the record. Requests for person with disabilities who need assistance to participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the Town Clerk's Office at (715) 423-9193 at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.
