Weekly Blast: Thanks to Treasurer Greg Hakala our Local Government Invest Pool (LGIP) account has been officially set up. LRIP allows local governments to pool their money, resulting in higher interest rates than small individual accounts at local banks. With prices increasing everywhere and on everything this fund can help us make our limited dollars go further faster! Public works has been out and about: grading, joint and crack-sealing, pothole patching, etc. Roads this week that got attention include 110th, Evergreen, Washington to name a few… It’s going to be hot this weekend.
