The Joint Development Agreement for the Vista Sands Solar project can now be found on the Solar page. It is located under the “Vista Sands Solar Farm” dropdown on that page. You can always find the Solar page under the “Community” tab on the Home page.  You can locate any page, including the Solar page, by using the “Search here” box in the upper left-hand corner of the website.
