Weekly News Blast: This week we mourn the passing of former Town Supervisor Richard (Dick) Kertis. I had the honor of being an officer with Dick for six years. He was a very practical man – one who could fabricate or fix just about anything. He worked tirelessly alongside our public works employees and made himself available nearly every day of his terms. He will be missed. The adage “life is short” seems apt when we understand how swiftly it can cease. Hence the tragedy in D.C. this week and the mostly young adults that perished. We are fortunate to live in the T. Grant community where most people truly care about each other – how they live and after they die.  Let us celebrate our small successes in life and be grateful for our tomorrows. Please be kind to each other.

NOTICE: Monthly Town Board Meeting & Closed Town Board Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Grant Town Board will hold meetings for the Town of Grant, in the County of Portage, State of Wisconsin, for the transaction of business permitted to be transacted at such meeting.  The meetings will be held at the Grant Town Hall, 9011 CTH WW, Wisconsin Rapids, WI on June 12th.

6:00PM: Monthly Town Board Meeting

A closed board meeting will be held immediately following the monthly town board meeting.
