2) Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment
3) Street Name & Building Numbering Ordinance Amendments

Complete your application now and help the Town of Grant maintain its rating as the best municipality in Portage County in the number of licenses issued per population. If you no longer own the dog you licensed in 2025, let the Town Treasurer know. See the application for details.
