  • COVID-19 vaccine self-scheduler is now available in Portage County! Eligible Portage County residents are now able to go online to schedule a vaccination appointment at their convenience using this link: https://pcpublichealth.timetap.com/#/
  • COVID info is also available from the Portage County Health and Human Services Department – Division of Public Health
  • ​If you have questions or immediate needs related to COVID-19, call 2-1-1 or text COVID-19 to 211-211 
  • Each Thursday, the CDC updates COVID Community Levels by county.  You can find the Portage County Level here.
