Notice: Town Ordinances

At the town board meeting on April 21st, 2026, the town board voted to amend Ordinance 2026-01 (related to ATV/UTV Vehicles) and Ordinance 2026-03 was approved (related to recycling). The previous Recycling Ordinance (09-03), dated July 1 2009, is now discontinued.  

The Ordinances, Policies, and Resolutions page is now updated to include these new ordinances.
