Citizens at the Monthly Board Meeting this evening (1-14-2026) were interested in seeing: the draft Zoning Ordinance from 12-17-2025 and the draft map showing the suggested rezones. The draft Zoning Ordinance is based on feedback received during public hearings held on April 16, 2024 and January 22, 2025, written comments received following the public hearings, and comments/suggestions received from Town Attorney Austin M. Mogard.  The draft Zoning Map is based on based on feedback from the April 16, 2024 public hearing.

The Plan Commissioners recommended the rezones on May 21, 2025 (approved minutes) and recommended approval of the Zoning Ordinance on December 17, 2025 (draft minutes).
