NOTICE: Town Board Meeting: Notice is hereby given that the Town of Grant Town Board will hold a meeting for the Town of Grant, in the County of Portage, State of Wisconsin, for the transaction of business permitted to be transacted at such meeting.  The meeting will be held at the Grant Town Hall, 9011 CTH WW, Wisconsin Rapids, WI on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 immediately following the Annual Meeting of the Electors. The agenda can be found on the Agendas & Minutes page.

Weekly News Blast

The Plan Commission met this week. As a result of the recommendations from the PC and the subsequent Board decision, The T. Grant will be submitting the approved rezoned parcels to the Portage County Planning and Zoning Committee for an upcoming meeting. Coming soon: Sign Permit application to accompany our Sign Ordinance.

 

The Public Works crew continues to brush along the Town rights of way. They are doing a lot of work this winter to increase visibility for all those using our roads. Be sure to thank them as you see them working along.

 

I’m relieved that the humps and bumps on our roads do not compare with those on the Winter Olympic moguls – OMG! But enjoy our snow,
