Thanks to Treasurer Greg Hakala our Local Government Invest Pool (LGIP) account has been officially set up. LRIP allows local governments to pool their money, resulting in higher interest rates than small individual accounts at local banks. With prices increasing everywhere and on everything this fund can help us make our limited dollars go further faster!
