Pollinator Protection Bill Package: A Pollinator Protection bill package contains seven bipartisan bills which will protect our natural spaces, pollinators, and keep them free from encroachment and harmful chemicals and pesticides. Additionally, this package encourages the planting and expansion of native wild flower and grass ecosystems to provide habitat for a host of umbrella species that thrive within them. Rep. Miresse (D-Stevens Point) and Rep. Snodgrass (D-Appleton) will host a press conference in Schmeeckle Reserve to publicly introduce this package of bills.
