NOTICE: Public Hearing RE CUP

Road Closure: The following is an important message from Nathan Check, Portage County Highway Commissioner: Portage County Highway Department will be closing CTH U(80th Street South) between Church Avenue and Quarry Road. The culvert is located approximately 800’ south of Quarry Road. The nearest address is 8330 80th Street S, Wisconsin Rapids which will need to be accessed from the north. The Highway Department is in the process of setting up a detour which will utilize STH 73 to CTH F to CTH W. Road opening will depend on the damage assessment once flows are reduced.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF GRANT

Wednesday, December 10^th, 2025

6:30 p.m.

The Town of Grant will conduct a Public Hearing to solicit citizen’s input on a request, from Tim O’Connor for a Conditional Use Permit for a Storage Condominium for Multi-Function Storage and Work Buildings on property zoned Commercial located at 90^th Street North and State Highway 54 (parcel number: 018220705-06.03). The Hearing will be at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the Town Hall, 9011 County Road WW. Written Comments can also be submitted to the Town Clerk until 6:30 p.m. the day of the hearing.
